Projectile's

A Projectile is any object that moves through the air or through space, acted on only by grvity.

Say you had a ball. You throw it straight, now because of gravity the ball has a curved path. If there wasn't any gravity the ball would follow a straight-line and go on forever. As shown in the picture below:

Also, everything falls at the same rate, even if it has horizontal motion. Say you had a gun and some bullets, now if you droped a bullet and you shot the gun at the same time they would both hit the gound at the same time. As shown in the picture below:
